Origin Story
Repose Tax was born from a desire to give our clients the best service, while utilizing the latest technology to create a faster, more efficient process. Many accounting firms traditionally have a good deal of manual processes, even now, which can slow things down. We aim to make those activities fast and streamlined, so that we can focus on what’s important: the clients.
Repose Tax was founded by Larry Holm, CPA to put his decade of accounting knowledge and experience to work in ways that he could not at other firms that he worked with. His vision, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit lead him to start his own firm so that he could see his vision become a reality.
About our partners
Larry Holm, CPA has over 10 years of experience in various accounting roles including Accounts Payable Specialist, Business-to-Business Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeper, and, of course, Tax Accountant. He received his CPA license in Washington State in 2020, and his reciprocal CPA license for Texas in 2021. His primary focus since 2019 has been Tax Accounting, and striving to be one of the best in his field. He continues to take more Continuing Education classes than is required for his CPA licensure in order to continue to deepen his knowledge, and provide the best quality tax returns for his clients.
Larry lives outside of Everett, WA with his wife and three children. He enjoys the occasional video game, spending time with his family, and watching the latest comic-book based TV show.
